Fix missing variable which prevented some plugins from updating

i Didn't see the post linked. I thought the problem was related to the update script in FreeNas and not to the broken gitlab version.

since I use a lot gitlab for work and not having received updates on fix for Gitlab broken after the update bug, you think it's safe using the update button on Gitlab ?

Test Failed FreeNAS-11.2-INTERNAL-16

Updated Emby, Gitlab, Plex, Plex Media Server and XMRig.  Test failed due to Gitlab not working properly after update.

@Brandon starting and stopping plex via the CLI doesn't help in U4. i also tried with U5 tonight to see if it would behave differently, but same thing, tell me that the update was successful and that it is starting and stopping fine, but when i go to the management page via the plugins table is does noting and even if i got directly to http:[ip_of_plex]:/32400 it give me a blank page.

for transmission i'm not sure if it work because when i update it via the CLI it did not change the version in the plugins page it kept 2.94 instead to go to 2.94_3, but if i install a fresh new transmission plugin, it give me 2.94_3 in plugins page, but in about section inside transmission it still give me the same 2.94 (0) so i don't know about that
