Scroll bar goes off screen

    Description

      When scrolling on the left hand side of the new UI, the scroll bar can sometimes go off screen.
      This usually takes place when a menu is expanded. The scroll bar follows the UI. As a result the only way to get the scroll bar back is to refresh the page.
