Move Asigra files to CDN

When installing the Asigra plugin, the management page doesn't work, giving a 404 error. That's because the DSOP.jnlp file doesn't exist, which appears to be because the following two lines in the post-install script fail:

fetch http://builds.ixsystems.com/ix-iso/asigra/14.1-20190301/DS-Operator.zip
fetch http://builds.ixsystems.com/ix-iso/asigra/14.1-20190301/dssystem-14.1.txz

I had deleted the previous install before my last attempt, but hadn't restarted.  When I deleted the plugin, restarted the server, and reinstalled, it's now working (there are a variety of Java security issues, but that's a separate concern).

Can you please the delete the entire plugin reboot the server and start again.

No, it isn't, though it's changed.  The plugin now installs without apparent issue, and /usr/local/www/asigra/ is populated (including the DSOP.jnlp file).  However, nginx isn't serving out of that directory (it appears to be serving from /usr/local/www/nginx instead), so I'm still getting 404 when I click the link to "Management" from the FreeNAS GUI.
