Update iSCSI initiators section of Guide

Description

Currently, when you go to create an iSCSI initiator, you're asked for Initiators and Authorized Networks. The documentation says that Initiators is looking for "hostnames", which isn't fully clear whether it's asking for DNS names for some reason or IQNs.

Verified new UI version of Guide doc edits match fields and helptext in 11.3-MASTER-201909110626. Also verified URLs in helptext. See screenshot.

(docs) checked guide and UI. It appears they match now. I believe this PR synced them up.

the UI and help text appear to be correct for 11.3, however the iSCSI chapter of the Guide needs to be updated to match the UI (it's still using the legacy UI field names and descriptions).
