Add Replication Wizard

      Description

      The current options to create a new replication are difficult to understand and don't lend themselves to quickly creating a replication.

      It would be helpful to users to have the creation Wizard be remade/reorganized to:

      1. Determine what kind of replication scenario the user is attempting to create

      2. Present replication creation options in a logical flow

      3. Dynamically hide all options that are not relevant to the user's scenario
