Optimize cache queries some.  Change users and groups in cache to dictionaries instead of list. Index by user and group name to optimize for searches using ('name', '=', 'foo'). Pickle each directory service's cache periodically when it is refreshed and store on system dataset. Rebuild from the pickled version if middleware restarts or server reboots.
