Seen in 8/26 build of FreeNAS 11.3 Nightly.
Going to System/Cloud Credentials/Add shows the form with Name, Provider, Amazon Application ID, and Application Client Secret fields visible. When there is no Provider selected, the extra Amazon fields should be invisible.
