We are going to use the `replication.count_eligible_manual_snapshots` to verify if there is any matches snapshot in the remote system. and for the call,  it only checks the for one dataset. but the source datasets of replication task are able to do multiple select. So we need to make `replication.count_eligible_manual_snapshots` able to accept multiple datasets
