Backup iocage configuration during update

We should save iocage jails config files to the boot environment on an update. So when the user reverts back, they are still able to use the iocage jails which generally are unusable because the configs had been updated in the newer version. The backup operation would be automatic, however the user would have to manually replace the configs in the jails respective datasets.
