Add ACME DNS authenticators for Cloudflare and acme-dns

      Description

      The addition of ACME DNS authenticators to the GUI is a nice change in 11.3, but it's unfortunate that only Route53 is supported there at this time.  This feature would be much more valuable if it supported more DNS APIs.  In particular for my purposes, support for Cloudflare and acme-dns (https://github.com/joohoi/acme-dns ) would be most useful.
