Task manager reports jobs as running whereas they have finished executing

I batch stopped 4 jails and then saw in task manager that it reported them as still executing whereas "core.get_jobs" shows them as completed with a "SUCCESS" state.

( this happened even after I closed the task manager dialog and opened it up repeating this step numerous times )
