new webUI upgrade button doesn't work

I've reproduced this twice. Each time is slightly different then the first but it's still busted none-the-less. I'm upgrading an M50-HA system from TN-11.3-U2 to TN-11.3-U2.1 using the new webUI.

1. I chose the option to dowload and auto-apply the update:

2. Once the files are downloaded and upgraded this icon appears in upper-right hand corner of screen:

3. This message appears while the files are being downloaded and applied to the controllers:

4. Once the standby controller upgrades successfully, the webUI shows me this message:

Problem #1
5. However, this icon never goes away:

and if you click on that icon you're presented with the same message:

The only way I'm able to get rid of that message is to F5 in the web browser.

6. Once I hit F5 in the web browser, I'm presented with this icon in top-right hand corner of screen:

7. Clicking that icon, I'm given this message:

Problem #2

8. when clicking the "CONTINUE" button in the button above, it reboots the passive controller and rolls back the upgrade
