Description
On my FreeNAS (11.3-U2) filesystem I noticed expired snapshots were not being deleted, A review of logs identified that a snap with a hold was causing a traceback in zettarepl as attached such that all snaps scheduled to be deleted in that transaction, can be multiple datasets and definitely not just the snap with a hold were failing.
The bug can easily be recreated by creating a snap schedule and then placing hold on one snap, removing the hold resolves the issue
