SED disks not unlocking at boot

The dashboard and this debug page indicates that I have 94 GiB of RAM available, despite the box having 192GB installed.

1. cat /var/run/dmesg.boot | grep memory
   real memory = 206158430208 (196608 MB)
   avail memory = 98539417600 (93974 MB)

NOTE: I have two identical boxes and both show the same amount of RAM, 94 GiB out of 192 GiB. Both boxes have a tendency to lock up and wondered if there was an issue with my FreeNAS builds.
