I was monitoring progress of a large dataset replication and noticed that replication progress report (accessed via clicking Task Running button under replication) shows the dataset size (and hence % completion) incorrectly.
In example - see screenshots. Dataset 17.4G but task running says 36.98GB. Compression (1.02x) would not explain. Once complete I confirmed replicated dataset is 17.4G
The issue appears to have been resolved by an update.

@Ryan Moeller - I have tested the latest nightly build and reporting statistics are fine for replication task.

No, we weren't reporting any progress at all before. Let's test a nightly build now that we're at least reporting something. We want to make sure the progress we're reporting now is sensible.

@Ryan Moeller Thanks for the information. Are we good to close this then ?

The progress reporting was completely broken in ZFS on SCALE up through that release. It is fixed in the 22.02.2 and bluefin nightly builds.
