Bhyve VM [EFAULT] Failed to connect to libvirt

Description

When starting an existing or trying to create a new VM (Win 10 64bit) receive a CallError [Efault] Failed to connect to libvirt. VM never starts.

I've run into this with the 12.0 release. In my case, I'm carrying forward an old RancherOS VM. I didn't have terribly high hopes that it would work, but I hoped I could at least see it attempt to start. Please let me know what information I can provide to help track this down.
