    Description

Upon a fresh installation of FreeNAS 11.3-U4, with only a single network interface connected, the adapter gets an IP address via DHCP and the webUI is accessible as normal.

The moment you statically assign the same IP on that same interface, in the same subnet, all network connectivity stops (even if you set exactly the same IP address issued by the DHCP server initially). The machine is no longer pingable nor can you access the webUI. This occurs whether you set the IP via the webUI or the console menu.
