"Network connectivity will be interrupted." message is incorrect

Network connectivity won't be interrupted if user clicks OK. We are not applying any changes immediately after that dialog and only do so (with possible network connectivity interruption) when user clicks "Test changes". A few dialog texts should probably be reworked.
