Cannot delete plugin with hostname as name

On a freshly installed TrueNAS server, I created a syncthing plugin. I used basic interface. I left the plugin name as default. I changed the name of the jail to the FQDN of my choosing (which, according to the context-sensitive help says I'm allowed to do). I unchecked NAT. I selected my network interface. I assigned an IP address. I set the subnet mask. The plugin creation ran into a jls error about devfs_ruleset, but the plugin was created. When I tried to uninstall the plugin, I ran into the same jls error, but the plugin would not install. From the command line I tried to force stop the jail. No success. I also tried to force destroy the jail. No success. I believe this is a bug. Unfortunately I'm not able to create install additional plugins due to this error.
