Increase vCore limit for KVM under SCALE

Description

FreeNAS and TrueNAS CORE have a limit of 16 vCores under bhyve . This exists due to hardcoded limits in bhyve. The same limit has been carried over into TrueNAS SCALE. However, the limit in KVM is 256 virtual CPU's per guest . The virtual machine creation limitations for TrueNAS SCALE should be increased to match the limitations in KVM as compared to bhyve.

can you please confirm your SCALE version ? I believe SCALE nightlies should already support this limit.
