When a TrueNAS SCALE system is part of a Gluster volume, we should try to use the fuse-client to always locally mount it somewhere on the local node. This is for admin access, as well as enabling future workloads that need to be able to reach the cluster locally, I.E. containers or other types of "bind" mounts.
