Advanced jail creation: mount_procfs & mount_linprocfs fields fields gone

Same concern here - having trouble mounting  both linprocfs and procfs 

i respectfully disagree.  I realize that the allow_* flags were consolidated into a single drop-down, however, these are not the flags I'm concerned with.

This ticket concerns the mount_procfs & mount_linprocfs flags.  These fields are documented in the Custom Properties section.  The allow_* flags are documented in the Jail Properties section.

As an example, the allow_mount_procfs is not the same as the mount_procfs flag.  iocage doesn't even have an allow_mount_linprocfs implemented!

You will need to click allow_mount* to see the additional options to mount_procfs, and mount_linuprocfs.  The options are still present it is just a drop down with multi select now to consolidate all the various mount options.

In TrueNAS CORE 12.0-U1, the check-boxes labeled "mount_procfs" and "mount_linprocfs" are no longer available in the WebUI. 

I expected to see them in the "Jails > Add > Advanced Jail Creation" screen, in the Custom Properties section.  These fields are available in prior versions FreeNAS 11.3-U5, so I suspect this is a regression.  I attached a screenshot with comparison between FreeNAS 11.3-U5 and TrueNAS CORE 12.0-U1
