      Description

Hotplug of NVMe SSDs successfully detaches SSDs in 12.0 now, but there are issues re-attaching the drives to the OS upon re-insertion or replacement.

For CM5 drives, re-insertion of the drive seems to work well, but the drive is no longer able to be read from or written to, with it throwing I/O errors.

For PM1725 drives, re-insertion of the drive appears to work according to kernel messages, but the nvd device is not succesfully recreated (it is missing entirely from /dev), and about 20-30 seconds after reinsertion causes periodic reinitializations due to a potential hot plug detection.
