sVDEV quota allocation for metadata and/or small files

Description

Could a quota be set for metadata / small files in the SVDEV like we can for users / datashares? I'd consider it helpful to be able to reserve "x" amount of space for metadata and/or small files, depending on the priorities of the admin.
