[SCALE] k3s agent fatal error

Description

For inter pod communication I was looking into kubernetes services, however it seems that kube-proxy isn't running at all. Attempts to start it via k3s agent fail with following error:

FATA[2021-06-18T16:50:05.599923294+02:00] flag provided but not defined: -cluster-cidr

Cluster cidr seems to be set in GUI and /etc/rancher/k3s/config.yaml

thank you for clarifying. So the problem is that "ClusterFirst" DNS Policy cannot be set for docker image deployments made through "Launch Docker Image" button. I'll add that change and the above should be doable as well in that case.

I see exactly the same output as you. In this case the busybox pod can indeed ping kubernetes.default.

But none of my pods that I defined in the GUI can. Ping either reports "bad address" or "address does not resolve"

FWIW I also upgraded to TrueNAS-SCALE-Angelfish-BETA (the 22/06 build) and nothing changed for me in this regard.

i am not able to reproduce, the DNS resolution works nicely for me. Please see the following example:

Can you please confirm if you are able to reproduce if you follow the above steps ? ( For "k" command, replace it with "k3s kubectl" please ). Thanks
