Root password not actually checked when downloading legacy encryption key in WebUI

Description

Hi,

I am running TrueNAS 12.0-U4. My pool has legacy encryption.

If I go to Storage>Pools>Settings cog>Download Key, it asks me for my root password.

If I just hit cancel, it still brings up the UI to download the key and lets me download it.

I expect it should only do this if the root password is entered correctly.

Yes, the key is 64 bytes, and the content is the same as when I enter the root password

 Is the downloaded file working? e.g. > 0 bytes
