Changing the time format via System > General > Time Format from 24 Hours to 12 Hour format gets reset ever hour or so. Not sure what is going on, it looks like something is reseting the time format in the background. This was also happening in version 12.0-U4.
There doesn't appear to be any new console messages. The last console message is from when I changed from 24 hour format to 12 hour format.
Thank you for the report, . Can you please attach a debug file to the "Private Attachments" section of this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS CORE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System > Advanced, then click SAVE DEBUG and wait for the file to download to your local system.

I have attached a video reproducing the problem.
Update: it appears this is a UI issue. It happens on tabs that are kept open for more than 10 minutes. After logging back in, the time format is reset to 24 hours in both the GUI and settings. Refreshing a second time appears to update the time format back to 12 hours. Maybe the UI is not fetching the settings after a login from an expired token?
