I'm going to close this one as a duplicate of the ticket associated with that PR. 12.0-U6 should have the fix but if you want to hot-patch your box (just a singular file changed), then let me know. Of course! Who wouldn't? I prefer to know when one of my disks fails. Isn't that info in the debug?

, thanks for the report. I just found this morning where we were using a non thread-safe python module in threads. However, it only comes into play if you have configured email on your system. Do you have email setup on your system?
