Pool shows up as unhealthy when replacing drive in pool

Description

Pool shows up as unhealthy, when using replace (not offlining disk to be replaced). I've been swapping healthy drives and had already swapped three on FreeNAS 11.3 without issues, before changing trains. Might also be related to NAS-113100.

Thank you for the report, @Sipri Hietamäki. Can you please attach a debug file to the "Private Attachments" section of this ticket? To generate a debug file on TrueNAS CORE, log in to the TrueNAS web interface, go to System > Advanced, then click SAVE DEBUG and wait for the file to download to your local system.
