gear icon being used for multiple things on dashboard

On the dashboard the gear icon has two different actions depending on where it is located.

1) In the system list on the left it opens up the embedded ui

2) on the car it opens up the systems info page so you can change its details.

Both of those items use the same gear icon but do very different things and that can be confusing.
