Dashboard of single system does not have link to system edit

When multiple systems are enabled in card view or table view there is a pencil button for immediately linking to the system edit window.  

However when you have a single system registered and have its overview open in the dashboard there is no pencil button to immediately jump to the system edit window.

Aaron mentioned we should probably add this.
