System Card documentation

I feel documentation around the System Card is lacking https://www.truenas.com/docs/truecommand/systemmanagement/#system-cards

Refer to forum post https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/understanding-the-tc-2-0-system-card.93724/post-648866 specifically around the following elements:

The alerts bubble (not mentioned in the doc)
The updating wheel (questionable name)
The collective view of cards for a specific system (as yet without a suitable name and lack of reference in the doc)
