Add location of SSH keys to Guide

Review this thread https://www.ixsystems.com/community/threads/automatic-replication-not-working-after-restoring-configuration.75915/#post-527769 and update Replication documentation to explain where replication keys are stored and that keys don't survive a reinstall.
