Update rclone to 1.46

Description

I tried to setup a push sync to Mega.nz but the task fails:

Code:

Failed to create file system for "encrypted:/": failed to make remote remote:"/" to wrap:
couldn't login: The upload target URL you are trying to access has expired. Please request a fresh one

As far I discovered, the bug was fixed on rclone 1.46 ( https://github.com/ncw/rclone/issues/2771 ) but right now the bundled version on FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1 is 1.44 .

Not in any supported way. You may be able to get freebsd binary and replace it but it will be overwritten on upgrade.

Is it possible to update the rclone ourself on FreeNas until U3 coming? I need to use mega sync feature.

We will not update rclone for 11.2 unless there is a security vulnerability.

11.3 will feature rclone 1.47 or later once its out.
