When using System -> Support with either attach a debug selected or attaching a file (eg a screenshot), the UI gives an ETIMEOUT message as if the ticket creation failed, but the ticket is still created. The cloned ticket was created using this method (so I never get notification of the ticket number after the ETIMEOUT message) and had to manually find the ticket in Jira in order to attach the manually created debug and screenshot to the UI-created ticket. I have seen this same behavior for at least the past 2 nightlies.
