UPS service states field is required when already filled in

I did some debugging, which shows the field ups_update.driver is not set:

I experienced the same issue today. Tried with 4 different browers, with deactivated cache got the some result.

This is from the debug log:

We are accessing the device over a NAT address - no direct access.

I'm seeing this in the 12 BETA using Chrome 83.0.4103.116 on a Mac, even after clearing the cache.

Fails in Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer for me on Windows 10 with 11.3-U3.2. In-Private Browser window in Firefox worked.  Enough people are reporting this that the issue should not be closed just because the dev can't reproduce it.  If there are logs that would be helpful, let me know and I'll be glad to send them.

One thing that may be playing into this is that I have two different FreeNAS servers that I manage. Both are running the same FreeNAS version. They are on completely different networks but if browser cache is confusing the two different connections, that could cause the problem.  I did not experience this issue on the first FreeNAS server, but did when I tried to customize the second one.

I still have this issue on 11.3-U1.
Could somebody pick this up please.
