Convert Rest Calls to Websocket throughout the UI

Description

For 12.0 we will need to convert all of the pages using rest calls to use websocket so that they will work as normal with the rest calls going away. This epic is to track these efforts.

I'm gonna call this one done, all the obvious things have been converted to use websockets now and the UI is mostly functional for 12 at this point
