Wasted screen real estate and unnessary scrollbar

Description

The Jails menu is wasting screen real estate. I've got three jails and FreeNAS still displays a scrollbar and only two jails at a time when there's plenty of space available.

Expected behaviour: More efficient use of screen space and no scrollbar for at least half a dozen jails.

It is so annoying that it is trying to paginate even there is a lot of space to show all items.
View is really broken if you select any jail and it is even broken in Mobile view ....

I've often wondered why the tables are never expanded to fill the vertical space. Some of them try to be fancy and expand themselves (kinda) when a sub-list is expanded, but this just makes the problem more obvious...

It's not only the jails menu, it's everywhere. The snapshots menu is worse. In the example screenshot there are over 6000 snapshots and on a 1600x900 screen only two snapshots are shown combined with a tiny scrollbar. If you want to select snapshots, you have to scroll through the list two snapshots at a time.

Still the same in TrueNAS-12.0-U1, BTW.
