LACP MAC address randomly changes on reboot

I have been having this stange issue with LACP and the mac address randomly changing from the primary adapter to the secondary, this only occurs on reboot. I have only noticed this issues from version 11.3.

Network controller is a T520-CR, both ports connected at 10G, LACP. Static IP assingned via a static DHCP mapping, so when the mac changes, so does the server IP.

The actual LACP link appears to be working correctly, confirmed from switch and freenas server, i have read on forum that someone else is having this issue, and they have tried manually forcing mac without success, i am hasppy to try if you can confirm command to use.
