Display parent dataset name in GUI in the "Add Dataset" form

Description

I sometimes forget whether I had selected the correct dataset when clicking on "add dataset". It would be great if we displayed the place we are adding the dataset to somewhere in the "Add Dataset" form. It doesn't have to be editable.
