filter out smbd messages in syslog-ng HA config

Since newsyslog runs once every 12 hours, the /root/syslog/ files can grow without bounds for at least 12 hours....

This particular issue for this customer is because they had smbd debug level turned way up which caused lots of messages on a pretty large SMB user base.

The best way to prevent /root/syslog files from going in this particular scenario is to filter smbd related messages across the HA syslog connection.
