CPU dashboard % not updating correctly in Safari
Description
When logged into FreeNAS-11.3-U3.1 using MacOS Safari 13.1 browser the dashboard percent indicator for the CPU does not clear out the old value when it updates. So you see overlaping values. Please see screenshot for clarification.
The Issue is back in safari 14.1 & TrueNAS-12.0-U3

This issue is not resolved for me with TrueNAS-12.0-U1 and Safari 14.0.2 (15610.3.7.1.10, 15610) on macOS Catalina 10.15.7

This is also happening in the CPU Dashboard on TrueNAS Core 12 Beta. It affects the Avg. Usage, Highest Usage and Hotest.
However if the panel is scrolled off screen and then back on screen the panel updates correctly. So the problem only occurs when the Dashboard is first loaded.
Again only in Safari on MacOS 10.15.5, it works fine in Chrome. I do not have any other browsers to test on. However the same problem does occur on my iPad Air 2 running iPadOS 13.5.1
