Tasks for user root use a different HOME than in interactive session

Description

Software version: FreeNAS 11.3-U3.1

Scripts behave differently on the command line and as a "task" in FreeNAS.

Reason: environment variable HOME differs

--> in interactive environment HOME=/root

--> in "task" environment HOME=/

How to reproduce:

Create a task just executing "env". Mailed result is

When defining HOME=/root inside the script explicitely, tasks run as expected.
