SNMP: FreeNAS MIB tables missing index

Description

The following tables in our MIB don't have the index as the first item in the table:

zpoolTable

datasetTable

zvolTable

lmTempSensorsTable

Having the first entry in an SNMP table be the index is the convention. These tables are also defined to have an index in our published MIB.
