Top bar "resilvering" shows 0% constantly when it's 60% done.

Description

Doing a resilver, top bar resilver status shows 0% not corect %. See attached.

It's possible this is something related to dropped middleware connection client-server hopefully fixed in BETA2, meaning UI gets 0% not correct percentage, in which case a fixed issue, but just noting it here to retest when beta2 comes out.
