Fix services to allow binding only to appropriate IPs

Description

Please fix WebGUI AFP to only allow binding as appropriate.

Attached screenshot is from 12.0-BETA2. We should not be making customers aware of the internal cross connect, and we should only be allowing binding to virtual interfaces.

When using 0.0.0.0, it should bind to all virtual IPs only, minus the cross-connect IPs.

We are using 'afp.bindip_choices' for this, does middleware need to hide the ones that shouldn't be used?
