iSCSI CHAP passwords incorrect after upgrade to 12.0-RELEASE

Description

After upgrading from FreeNAS 11.3-U5 to TrueNAS Core 12.0-RELEASE, VMware could not connect to my iSCSI target.

In the iSCSI Authorized Access settings I could show the saved passwords, and they were different from what I had previously set and much longer than the 16 character maximum. After pasting in the correct passwords VMware could connect to the target again.

All other passwords (such as SMB and cloud sync accounts) are working correctly.

Here is a debug from this morning. I also have a config dump with the password seed that I can try to load into a VM if you need a debug from before the upgrade.
