cannot exclude an irelevant dataset

Description

replication of "lore/bkp" fails with :

When parsing replication task task_6: Replication tasks should exclude everything their periodic snapshot tasks exclude (task does not exclude 'lore/.system' from periodic snapshot task 'task_18').

but the dataset that causes the failure cannot be excluded:

This dataset is not a child of any of source datasets

ummm. so not only did the in system bug report create a duplicate, it didnt attach the debug file either. here is a debug file but the settings are not the same anymore since I tried to figure out a workaround. not sure how helpful that will be anymore.
