Dashboard Memory legend changes colour

Description

when you launch the dasboard for the first time each day (not totally sure what the criteria for this are), the memory graph changes the colours of the legend making them incorrect, within about a second of drawing it correctly. It certainly happens the first time I log in each day, and occasionally during the day.

As requested.  It's related to themes. I used to use IX Dark, but changed to 'paper'. The login page is dark, and as the dashboard loads it is dark to begin with, then changes to the lighter colours. By this stage the memory panel is already drawn, and is correct, then the colours change to match the new theme and it is wrong.

Thank you for the report .  Can you please provide a debug by navigating to System -> Advanced, click save debug, and upload attachment to this ticket?
