We need to find a way for webui builds to be reproducible, so they always output the same result.

I am thinking we currently dont lockin all dependencies to some specific version and maybe we should. Currently if a new release of a package comes out, it will try to use that which may introduce a new bug.

That is required in case of hotfix releases to make sure we dont introduce new bugs unexpectedly.
